This morning we went snorkeling and saw a barracuda, sea turtles, rays, flounder and pelicans, among other things. After snorkeling we had lunch and then split into groups. First our group went to the trust building station. In this station we played "group building activities." Then we went to the bird watching station. On the way around the trail we walked out on a mud flat. We were the first group who was able to do this. We saw holes in the mud and asked what they were from. When we found that there were crabs in the holes we immediately poked them out with sticks and played with them. Then we walked back up the long, steep, narrow, roadway until we got to the pavilion. Now that we're all hot and sweaty we are sitting here writing what we've done today. |
