Francis Bay was cool. We saw many varieties of fish, including fairy basslet,
jacks, wrasses, needlefish, grunts, and barracuda. By far, I think, the barracuda
was the most impressive. They would hover there and stare you down, mouth cracked
slightly as if to strike. Staring at one of these requires enormous courage,
and chasing one teeters on the edge of insanity. Or stupidity. Anyway,
I liked them the best. |
